BECOME PART OF THE 2023 PROGRAMME
Every year, the Creative Bureaucracy Festival offers a platform to public sector changemakers at all levels who are helping to shift how public administrations think, plan and act. We are looking for projects and project ideas that inspire, encourage and motivate us. From small adjustments to big visions for the future!
How do I submit my programme proposal?

To submit your project or project idea, we ask you to complete our proposal form on our website any time before 16 December. The proposal form asks for some general project information, an overview of your vision, approach and its impact, and a sense of the supporting materials that are available. Read more about how to best structure your proposal on our website and get some inspiration by taking a look at our 10 festival topic areas to find more details on what we mean with “creative bureaucracy”, including examples from our previous festival editions. |
How do I get selected and where would I present?

Entries will be selected by our Creative Bureaucracy Festival Jury, which we will announce very soon. The jury will aim to select a balanced programme by taking into account our festival criteria. The selected submissions will be invited to become part of our Digital Kick-Off Day on 23 March 2023 and receive a digital programme slot for 5-10 minutes. All contributions will be part of an official community voting – the winners will be invited to present their ideas on the big Creative Bureaucracy Festival Stage in Berlin on 15 June 2023! |
