Alexis Vargas

Graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (1998), master’s degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2003) and Ph.D. in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2009). He had a visiting researcher fellowship at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. He was a professor at the Getulio Vargas Foundation (EAESP), where he was also a project coordinator (FGV Projetos). Has experience in the area of ​​Law, with emphasis on Constitutional Law, was mainly in the following subjects: electoral law, control of constitutionality, public management. Since 2018 he works at the São Paulo City Hall at executive level.
