Netta joined Elka institute 5 years ago, after 5 years in TEVET JDC- Arab society employment and infrastructure field. Holds expertise in developing programs for accessing government funds in local municipality. Projects done including JDC employment center in East Jerusalem, Academy readiness, western Negev regional cluster establishment team, participated in the process of writing government resolution 3790 for East Jerusalem for over 2 billion nis on May 18 and construction of its multi sectorial implementation mechanism, after managing „Leading change East Jerusalem“ municipal-government preliminary process of developing holistic social aspect in addressing E.J challenges etc.
Work with seniors in public sector – both government and local municipalities, staff leading and training, develop and manage public services programs and promotes multi sectorial partnerships.
Prior to JDC, Netta was a management member of Motorola South Israel, in charge of its business management division, management skills and corporate responsibility activities for 8 years. Prior to that Netta chaired as Israeli Aids Task Force South branch manager for 4 years.
