You may not know Helsingborg but it is making waves in the way it is turning the city into an innovation eco-system. It even gives awards for failure. 5000 euros to public servants who use this for mentoring and professional development. The city has taken collaboration to a new level by generously giving their solutions to others. This has created a virtuous cycle of mutual learning and speeded up its capacity to transform. The aim is to change the mindset of the city as a whole rather than just doing some innovative projects. Micco Gronholm, their head of future explains how they did this.
